BAD SERVICE WARNING!! #FNB
I am very dissapointed in the service provided by FNB, I have ordered the Samsung S4 on the 21st of May and was approved for it on that same day and was told it will take 10-15working days, well It's been way longer than that and I haven't received communication from fnb, I have been phoning at my own expense, I phoned the call centre twice last week&was even told that they do not know what is happening with the phone, this is not the kind of service I expect from a bank that I invest with. I was even told that they will phone me 24-48 hours from last week Tuesday to let me know when I will receive the phone, needless to say, yet another empty promise. So eventually on the 19th June I contact there fb page, who escalates the matter and I get a call from the sales (first time they call me, since making the sale) who tells me, now after expecting the phone to come, that i cannot recieve this smart device, because I already have a smart device with FNB, why could they not have let me know this from the beginning? if I never made contact, how long would i have waited for them to make contact??
