I am in arrears and I have been getting calls daily from stupid who have no clue about the existence of the NCR and CPA. they keep making stupid threads without any knowledge of the process involved before a person is garnished, section 129 letter, default, litigation period, etc. just threaten to garnish my salary without any basis. Please CAPFIN, We understand the need for cheap labour but you need to train your staff so they don't come across as over the phone.
