I called Capfin to request for a settlement letter, on behalf of MY HUSBAND, whom I am married to IN COMMUNIT OF PROPERTY, as he is not in a position to contact them at the moment, I spoke to a consultant by the name of PUMLA at the contact number 0873540000, she had an attitude from, when she heard the account is in my husbands name, 1stly she did not understand the difference between a settlement letter and a settlement quote, what is very funny to me is that CAPFIN could provide me with a settlement quote, that I called in for and they did not have a problem with the acc being on my husbands name, now that their money has been paid they refuse to assist me with a settlement letter, as you can see on HELLOPETER there are a lot of complaints regarding settlement letters from Capfin, and the consultant spoke to me as she please because the acc is not in my name how does she know I personally do not also have an acc with them, if that is how Capfin treats their clients, I think SA shoud know about if, cause the whole company will get a bad name because of one consultant, I have the call between us on voice recording and I WILL send it the OMBUDS as well as the NCR.
