Crazy High increase on my premium, No claim

I have been with IWYZE since they started and I have been happy with them. In the three years I have been with them I have only claimed once for a Wind screen. I got a letter of renewal and I cant believe what they are suggesting. I am currently paying around R1790 and the letter suggest that from next month I pay R2900. can you believe it 59% increase. My only sin is a windscreen replacement. What really gets me angry is I have been calling ever since and no one can give me an explanation beside Inflation and Price of parts.

Consultants and there team leaders can not help me they just say the system that was used for discount is no longer being used and the is nothing they can do. When I suggest on looking for new insurance they give there blessings. Not even trying to do customer retention at all.
Is this what IWYZE is all about, Loyalty doesn't pay. Or was it the launching strategy now you cant stand the heat. I need to speak maybe to there directors or somebody who can give me an explanation.
