Just as I thought Dial Direct should re-brand to Dial-INdirect or Don't call us, Well call you, I came across Emanuel Nzama - He is not only pro-active and positive, but also the most efficient and reliable person I've dealt with at Dial Direct and he understands what supplier vs customer relations are all about. 10 out of 10 for him. I'm sure many customers are only staying with Dial Direct due to him, as am I - if it was not for him, I would have left Dial Direct in a heartbeat.
