I went under debt review in 2008 and when i left the bank in 2011 I have settled all my debt. I've been struggling with FNB to change my risk code from Debt review to normal as I am no longer under Debt Review. I have forward them all my proof of payments as well as settlement letters. I have contacted them on numerous occations via email and had no response as yet. I have applied for credit from Jet stores and it was approved so i do not know why is there a problem with the bank.
