I called and enquired about how much my premium would drop by if i increased my Excess amount and Lucrecia pretty much assisted. She asked me how much i would like to increase my Excess amount to. All in all the service was great as we worked out a new premium for me and she sent me an updated policy schedule immediately after i agreed to the new premium and the excess amount.
