Three problems not being resolved

The first problem: I've downgraded my platinum credit card to a gold credit card on the 2nd of May and a transaction was also done on that day on the platinum card. The transaction then when through on the gold credit card and now still shows as pending on the platinum card and FNB transfers me from one department to the next without this being resolved (6 weeks this shows as pending).

The second problem: I've ordered a smart device through FNB and if I swipe more than R2500/R5000 a month I get R50 discount. I previously did get this discount but not last month even though there was a R6000 credit card transaction. This I tried to resolve online but only got a response that they received my query but nothing else (3 weeks already).

The third problem: My gold credit card earns "FNB Reward" points which do show on the statements but when I try to view them online I get this error: "No rewards are currently available for display on this account." The problem is also not being resolved and I get responses like: "you need to pay R200 to link this account to ebucks" even though it is linked to ebucks and earning ebucks (6 weeks on this problem but 2 actively trying to get it fixed).
