Had a complaint about the debit order that went through from my account that i didn't understand what it was for, so i called Miway and call centre agent Lucrecia was very friendly, easy to talk to and i recall when she greeted she said "how can i make you smile today" and she managed to do just that, sorted my query right then. Of the the insurance companies, i can really testify that miway is one of the best.
