My wife's account by absa. When we phoned them using telephone banking they told us it was due to my wife's details that needs to be updated. They haven't contacted her to let her know that she needs to do so. Really how unprofessional is that for absa. I have been banking with you for over ten years. My wife went to purchase some items from Checkers and the teller said to her the transaction was declined, just think how embarrassing that was for her. I have everything activated not to go into a bank. Thank you absa for your great service to a loyal customer. BE ADVISED THAT I WILL MOVE MY WHOLE PROFILE WITH MY WIFE'S TO ANOTHER BANK DUE TO YOUR LACK OF BUSINESS PRINCIPLES!!!
