Useless Call Centre

I opened a loan account at Capitec February 2013.The term was for 3 month period.

1. The first payment went off on March 28th
2. The 2nd payment went off on April 26th
3. The third payment did not go off automatically like in previous instances because my salary went into my account 31 May and not on the 25th like the other months (We get paid the last friday of the month so our salary dates is not always the same.)

On the 27th May, R360 was deposited into my account and immediately R407.66 was transfered into loan account 1341771103.
Again on the 28th May R400 was deposited and immediately R399.20 was transfered to loan account 1341771103.
On the 31st May when my salary was deposited the balance of R2105.44 was then automatically transfered to the loan account.

This should have been my last payment. When I called the call centre today, I wanted to know how come the loan account is still open when the loan was a 3 month term. The agents said that there is still one payment outstanding. I dont understand because this mean that it would then amount to 4 payments. I was on the phone with 2 agents for more than 20 minutes and they just insisted I pay again.
