Wrong Default on ITC

I made an arrangement to settle my Bluebean credit card account which was flagged as a default on ITC despite paying through the debt review plan. Before I paid the account off I was told that the default flag will be removed immediately after I have settles the account and to my surprise the default flag is still there. I have called Blue bean on numerous occasions to sort this out but to no avail. Can Bluebean please send instructions to ITC/Credit bureau to get rid of the default flag?
