I ordered a Acer Laptop from FNB Smart Device department. I received the device all excited to find that the keyboard is not functioning correctly. I logged a call 30 minutes after receiving the laptop to get it replaced as this is out of box failure. Now a week and half later the laptop is still in my possession. I logged a call with Acer and with Platinum Repairs as instructed by FNB but no joy yet. I feel it is not my responsibility to log calls to get a device replaced when within the first 14 days of delivery. I just want FNB to collect the laptop and cancel the order and as a Platinum account holder I am not impressed with the service. I WONDER WHAT BANK STEVE WORKS FOR as it looks like the better option now.
Come on FNB - Pull up your socks and support your customers.
