Absa decided by them self to add Absa rewards on my account after I kept telling them no. Called in to cancelled it and it never happened. Had to call again a month later after seeing the money went off my account. Now they don't want to give my money back that they have been taking with the banking fees for the last 5 Months.

They say i must go into a branch and log a complaint there. I should have guessed that because with ABSA we always have to go into the bank. Nothing ever works on the on-line banking. Something you pay lots for to get a massage to go into the bank.
