Very dissapointed on the way my claim is handled

On 12/4/13 a hailstorm caused damage to my property. I reported it on 15/4/13.The claim was handled by Nicolette Knock, claimnr:985627.Damage to the ceiligs, roof, kitchen cupboard, kitchen door, walls & carpet. She phoned me on 9/5/13 to discuss what will be repaired/replaced, because 1.the cupboards was old damage (I explained that water ran down the wall into the back of the cupboard) 2.The kitchen door was not on the quote from the contractor.(I did tell him about it) 3.The roof doesn't need to be repaired because they can see that the roof was maintained by us and that there will never be storm like that! (I asked her how she can make a claim like that? What if it does leak through after repairs was done? Will they then say its old damage?)She said she will get back to me regarding the above. She again phoned on 30/5/13 only to ask me if we have repaired the roof, they want to send the contractors for repairs? I said but she was suppose to get back to me! I e-mailed my complaint to SAHL and till date still no response from them.
