Bad service from FNB Homeloans

I am Platinum client. On 6 May 2013 I applied for further advance of R420 000 on homeloan. (House in name of trust). All docs submitted. Two weeks passed (many phone calls). Premier banker informed application was declined. I asked bank to tell me max amount I would qualify for, but this was denied. Mr Cilliers told me I have already paid R85 000 on current bond. I would have access to these funds. New request submitted for approval. One week later (many phone calls) told that original application was redeclined and request for R85 000 not even considered. New request for R100 000 submitted. One week later (many phone calls) they said they wanted 3 months payslips (info was available). I lodged complaint. No response. One week later (many phone calls) they said property valuation needed. Ridiculous. No in 5th week after application. Mr. Cilliers told me yesterday funds will be released today. After inquiry today, they said doc still needs to be signed. Don't know when funds will be released. No benefit as Platinum client. Utter bad & poor service. Consider switching bond. Other bank would lend me R420 000. Very disappointed in FNB. They don't live up to their slogan.
