Struggling to get a simple bank statement

I tried to download a bank statement from the internet ..logged onto my internet banking and there was an option to export the statement, but did not work. I called their call centre to ask why i cant download a statement, and was advised that i need to send them an email. I sent an email from my gmail account requesting the statement and stating all relevant detail they needed. So Sanlam Liquid sent an email back saying that my email is not the one they have on system. So I called and i explained to the agent that I am no longer using that email address and work telephone number. I sent another email explaining that I can now be reached at my current detail, and I also made sure I captured the previous detail for their attention. Then I received an email from a lady named Sharon Stenekamp, telling me that she cant get through to me via my cell phoned, which just upset me more because i called the call centre and explained to the agent that i work in a call centre as well and no cell phones are allowed. I explained to him that i have no fax or email facility, its just for the company docs, so he said i must write a letter, which i did and had faxed..i'm still waiting on a response!
