African Bank account 4000136962 opened 02/11/2001 interest rate 15.5% period 5 years. Stopped paying account when pediod almost over and was retrenched. Lost track of payments. However this account has tripled in original debt in past 12 years. currently paying this account under debt review since 2010. No Duplum rule implemented on this account? how could outstanding amount grossly increase like this?
