EXCELLENT "bending over" service

2 of our vehicles are insured with Outsurance. my daughters were in a vehicle accident and I had to phone claims department for the vehicle to be towed away and the rest to be done (assessing etc.) Sakhile is our spokesperson on the Insurance side. After the assessor given his report to Sakhile, he called us to give us the details of the repair / loss. He explained everything very good and also without delay emailed the report to us to have a look before deciding to repair or write-off the vehicle. Due to previous experience in bad workmanship with panel-beaters, we firstly went on to the Internet and Hellopeter to have a look at the assigned panel-beaters. After discussing we decided that we will go ahead with the repair of the vehicle BUT NOT the assigned panel-beaters. Sakhile was very helpful and while on the phone with me we went through the list of accredited Outsurance Panel-beaters for Volkswagen near home (Pta East) and he gave me time to look on "Hellopeter" and "google" the panel-beaters to be sure and more save to send our daughter's vehicle to another panel-beater. We just want to let people now that Sakhile Ndlalane is going the extra mile with client service!! Thanks.
