No Feedback!!!

A month ago Absa Internet banking deleted the Absa vehicle finance beneficiary of the Internet banking clients list witch resulted in a skipped payment. After several calls to Absa I arranged with them to catch up the lost payment by paying extra each month and they accepted. The 1st of June I made my payment with the extra payment as arranged. Today Absa called me and said that I must pay the remaining outstanding payment in cash. I explained to the consultant that I made arrangements before and she said that it was not good enough.
I am trying my best here to make sure that Absa get their lost payment but it seems they don't care about me or my problems they just want their money asap. The arrangement that I made is the best possible way I could find but Absa want to "cut my throat" in order to get their money. PLEASE GET OFF MY BACK!!! IT'S NOT THAT I STOPPED PAYING YOUR MONEY!!! ~!!!
