I have cancelled my Insurance debit order in April with the company, and they have resubmit my debit order again on the 1 June 2013. Standard Bank has penalized me with an unpaid fee of R115.00. Suddenly M-Choice has also submit a debit order through my account, (I have not signed any debit orders or requested any amount to be deducted from my account!!!) and again another R115.00 was charged for unpaid fees. I am an single parent with dependants, why would I signed unnecessary debit orders against my account if I don't have money to pay for it??? Standard Bank refuses to reverse the unpaid fees charged, and I an fighting a battle without any luck. Please help!!
