My Platinum (nogal) account is running low in June 2013.
FNB with their infinite wisdom honoured a debit order for me and before doing so sent me an sms informing my funds in my account would not be sufficient to cover the debit. I called Premier banking and gave my side of the story, they informed me that they will honour the debit for 4 days. All good and well and they would call me the next day. This call never happened, the debit got bounced. I called Premier banking again and spoke ironically to the same consultant who I spoke to the previous day who informed me that although cash into and out of my account was regular that I was in bad standing with the bank hence they reversed the debit order. What miffed me was that they lack integrity. Even if they had called to inform they WILL be bouncing the debit due to some requirement not being met then fine, but call me and tell me so. Instead they hid behind procedure. Later on yet another debit runs for R400 which they decide to honor for 3 days this time and then bounce it despite me commiting in writing via email to having sufficient funds by 16/06/2013 to accomadate the returned debits and bank charges. Not a Premier exp.
