I am dissapointed with standard bank in how they handle matters, my mum passed away last year feb and she had taken out a personal loan with standard ive been going to standard bank for the loan to be closed i got forms from the bank to them to the doctor and faxed them, now i havent got any feedback since then i dont know whats going on and im sick and tired running up and down to the bank with no results. i dont know what is the deceased department doing? for the last time i demand feedback and a concrete one cos that loan had insurance so do ur job find a solution to this problem ASAP
