I applied for a loan through loan detector sa and received an email from them stating that i need to send certain documents to them to complete the process. I never sent any documentation through seeing that i decided not to make use of their institution. At the end of the month an amount of R399 was deducted from my bank account for some kind of legal service that i do not want!! I went back to their site and discovered that there is no way that you can apply for a loan without being forced to accept the package they offer. I want my money back ASAP or i will report this to the Ombudsman as well. This is false advertising and unsuspecting victims are created daily due to them forcing you to apply in a matter where only they benefit!!
