I made a loan from accord debt solution. I started to have financial problems. Accord Debt Solution got a court order and judgement against me. An amount of R12450.69 with interest were supposed to be paid via an Emmulment attchment order. The order was effected and the amount of R12450.69 was paid to Accior debt solution. Now their attorney has send a statement which indicate that I am still owing Accord an amount of R14 651.31. The problem is that now accord wants to charge me 15.5% pm interest while the initial interest were 15.5% p.a. after a lengthy communication and correspondence with them, there is no results or agreement on this and they have already instructed my employer to deduct R3000.00 per month which will make life difficult as I cannot afford to sent my kids to school.
