I have to prove??

I noticed my account was debited twice for the same amount on the 21st of March, so I called & after a long wait & having to hold on various times, I get told to PROVE that my account was debited twice!!??

Standard bank, you sms'ed me twice showing my account was debited TWICE & after each, my account balance was less! My online statement indicates the same, YET I HAVE TO PROVE IT!?!?

Then, I notice you tried to debit my account TWICE on one day for your OWN insurance premium, you penalised me a R115 TWICE for a R100 insurance premium?? HOW can you charge me R230 for a R100 premium???

AND that's just me, who knows how many MILLIONS of people are not being RIPPED OFF the same!??? MILLIONS of rands in penalties!!! A million bounced debit orders = R115 MILLION???

Is this legal??? There's something VERY WRONG with this picture, really! Your penalties are RIDICULOUS!!!

I want my money back!!
