When I applied for my second personal loan I informed the consultant that my debits are to go off on the 1st as I only get paid on the 25th. I then queried the insurance on the loan and saw that the debit went off on the 22nd. I assumed it was a once off thing. I waited for the debit to go off on the 1st jan but it didn't. When I queried this I was told that it is going to go off on the 24th. This is unacceptable. I've spoken to consultants who are not helpful. I'm not going to keep calling to sort this out. Someone ensure that this months debit goes off on the 25th or 26th AND NOT THE 24TH..& that debits going forward go off on the 1st of every month. Seriously getting tired of Nedbank!!!
