I am Nicodemus Pappagai from Cape Town. I want to take this opportinity to thank Mr. Kagiso Mashigo of Pinnacle Marketing, 24hr Mobility for exceptional service rendered. I lost my phone and submitted a claim. Yes, I expected to receive services, but to be honest, I never expected that an Insurance Company, (normally known for searching for LOOPHOLES not to pay), would give me such exceptional service. Mr. Mashigo assisted me and made sure with the various MTN stores where I could collect my phone. Even when Mr. Daniel from MTN Somerset Mall was reluctant to assist, Mr. Mashigo made alternative arrangements with MTN Century City. Most remarkable, was the fact that he made me feel like the number 1 customer by ensuring that I get a replacement handset. Even though I dont know him, I could feel that he was a person who is passionate about serving his clients. He changed my perception about Insurance Companies. He was still phoning until approximately 19H55 and arranged for the documents to reach the store while I was there. I never received that kind of service in my whole life. Mr. Mashigo went beyond the call of his duties. I wish that his copmany acknowledge such dedication& comitmen
