EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in FNB!

I applied for the Smartphone deal and was declined because I only have one account on my name that was opened recently and in their eyes that is enough reasoning to decline my request and say failed credit critria.

I especially switched to FNB because of all these types of benefits, not impressed at all!
