Poor Service and Inadequite Complaint Resolution

I applied for an additional building loan with Nedbank Home Loans in January of 2013. We had issues with the loan application from the start. with the loan being declined a few times for various reasons but without any reasons given. It was determined after some time that the loan amount credit department was approving was different to what was applied for. There did not seem to be any communication between the home loan sales officer and credit department.

Eventually a complaint was laid and finally got some detail on how the loan can be structured in order for the loan to be granted taking into account the valuation of the property and the affordability calculation.

The problem now is that the complaints department has suggested to start the loan application again from scratch directly with home loans department whose handling of the application initially was the reason for the complaint. I have tried numerous times to contact the complaints department to find out how they can assist with assuring the application will not again be subject to misinterpretation between the home loan sales department and the credit department. It is now June without any resolution.
