POOR SERVICE FROM ABSA PRIVATE BANK CARD DIV

I am an Absa Private Bank client and on 21st May 2013 I phoned the Absa Bank Private Bank Card Division to enquire about my Absa Rewards and I spoke to Grant who told me they would look into the matter and that I would have a response within 3-5 days, well its almost a month later and I have had no response. I would hate to think how Asbs treats their other clients if this is how they treat their Private Bank clients. Perhaps you shouldn't bank with the same bank for over 25years as you are no longer a valued client. FNB is looking better by the day!!!
