I had taken out a loan in 2001 with African Bank and failed to pay as per contract. I got listed on the credit Bureau and the loan was written off as i saw this on my credit report. This default was listed incorrectly under payment history and not under defaults which is unusual. I never received any form of writting informing me about this. When i checked my credit report the default is gone but payment history still apears after 13 years?
This is affecting my report and i would like this to be removed. can you please look into this matter.
