We applied for a 20 million rand loan with intertrade four. Osman Mundree contacted us and sent us a form. We had to pay a R500 for the application. After that we sent all our documents to Osman and he said he had found an investor for us. he then asked us to pay R10 000 saying they were due diligence fees. We payed 5000 as a down payment. Soon afterwards, Mr Mundree disappeared for almost 6 weeks. We tried to contact him on his mobile and everywhere to no avail.. he came back and he wanted the balance for the 5k. We started being suspicious of him. We carried out background checks on Intertrade four only to find out it was in the final process of being deregistered on the CIPC website. Further more Osman changed his contact details online. We contacted him again and he said that we had to pay the 5k for him to finalize the process but he guaranteed us a loan. he however then sent us an email confirmation that he had found 2 investors for us. The one wanted R804 000 as an upfront payment. The other wanted collateral for 4 million rand. All this Mr Mundree had said was not a problem. We there fore believe that Mr Mundree is a . he refused to give us our 5k back.
