After noticing a R25 debit that has been going off my account on a monthly basis, I decided to go inside the bank and query about it, to my surprise the money had been going off since 2011 if am not mistaken. It was for a credit card that I don't recall myself applying for not to mention holding it with my hand. I then called the customer care (credit card dept.) as advised on the 15th May and spoke to Tshivhiwa who was so useful and professional. She advised me that I will be reimbursed and the money will be credited back to my account. She advised I call back in 3 days time of which I did and to my surprise, the agent that I spoke to told me that the amount reflects but will be deducted some rands for interests that accumulated on the credit card. She said they have logged a query in terms of checking when, where and who made the application. I am so angry because I never applied for a credit card in the first place and these debits that have been going on my account for such a long time. And what angers me worse is the fact that it was not the 1st time I was told that they were investigation time. I need my R25's back!!!
