On 13th May 2013 I reported an accident to IntegriSure. Accident occurred at 5h35.I contacted IntegriSure at around 5h45 to report the accident and get assistance to my husband asap. At around 11h35 I phoned IntegriSure to give them all the necessary details. I spoke to Antoinette. She informed me that they will have the report from the Assessor within 48 hours. On 14 May I phoned again and asked what is happening. Antoinette asked me to get the Settlement information from the bank (Std Bank), which I sent to her on 20 May. On 21 May I spoke to Antoinette asking what the progress was, she informed me that she is now waiting for the report from the Assessor, which I queried, she explained it's the investigating officer not assessor. On 24 May Censeo made an appointment for 27 May at 18h30.On 3 June I phoned, Antoinette was not available so I sent her an email asking about the claim. She informed me it is with management.5 June I phoned again, I was informed the claim is with Santam but they should have answer by the afternoon.6 June I phoned again. I was informed that I should have an answer from Santam by Friday.10 May still no answer (4 weeks have passed).
