And useless customer service

FNB charging interest on a credit card with personal money and losing R2500. I have a credit card at FNB that I use to pay for toll gates and accommodation. The limit on the card is R12 800. On top of that - I placed R2500 of my own personal money in the credit card account (new limit is thus R15 300) R12 800 belonging to FNB on credit card and R2500 that belongs to me/personal money that I placed in the credit account.

The reason for doing this is so that i would first use my personal money (R2500) in order not to be charged interest and if need be that i somehow had to use more than the allocated R2500 limit - i would still have the R12 800 available on the FNB credit card...

At the end of each mont I would settle the amount used on the card (personal and credit money) - hence not being liable to pay any interest. This is not the case. This bank has been charging me interest on money used that is not even theirs.

Now the bank can't trace my R2500 and states it as missing!!!??? How does a bank loose R2500? I have all the statements from the debit account where the monthly debit is deducted the settlement balance - yet they are unable to find my R2500.
