I received a call on Monday 03.06.13 from 011 399 0300 to say that i qualify for a Blue Credit Card. I was asked to confirm all my details and i did so with no problem, only thing i did not have was my banking details. As i am not a Standard bank customer and do not bank with Standard Bank the call centre agent said that i will receive a call back from her manager to give my banking details. On Wednesday 05.06.13 a lady call to asked for my banking details and i gave it to her, what is weird to me is that im phoning standard bank to find out what is happening regarding this and they cannot pick up my application on my ID number. Then i phoned again and the lady said that it takes 7-14 working days to see the application. I now want to cancel this credit card with Standard Bank so how come can it not be traced with my ID Number as the application was done and i did not apply for one out of my own. I try calling the number but cannot get through to it. Please please could you assist me with this as i am now panicking coz someone has all my details and no credit check was done coz i am listed with Transunion and did not get a notification. Please i am begging someone to help me out
