Contract with no phones,
Good day,
I have a contract with Bayport cellular including two phones with three contract sim cards.
My wife got mugged and the one phone got stollen in the process, after which bayport replied that the phone was not insured with them and therefore they will not replace the phone. ( Nokia C5)
The second phone also not working anymore due to a faulty battery and a software problem, lead to the same response by bayport cellular,
They cant replace the phone because of not being covered nor insured by bayport cellular. ( Nokia C2).
Now i have three contract sim cards with no working phones, and still paying the full monthly installment as per contract agreed.
This is an utter disgrace and daylight to the people and every day client.
An urgent solution would be highly appreciated, even if the contract can be determined null and void by canceling the contract to avoid any further unpleasantness.
