How can we not help you

It is such an embarrassment to say that I am a client of FNB. I am now in the bank for the past 45 min after standing in a queue and I'm told it is the wrong queue.

Firstly, I don't know which bright spark decided on physically separating queries and cash deposits and withdrawals, which is two floors apart.

First we go into the FNB on the one floor then we are referred to FNB on another floor. After waiting in a queue for 20 min, we are told it is the wrong queue.

I then call for a supervisor she says she is coming, 25 min later we are still in he queue and the supervisor is no where to be seen.

This is not service. It is pathetic on how we do business.
