THINK TWICE BEFORE GETTING AN RCS CARD: CARD CLONED

On the 11 May 2013 my card was cloned and an amount of R2300.00 was used on the card, while the card was in my purse. To my surprise the card was not activated. When i received the card @ game store in JHB City, the sales person told me that the card wont purchase anything before it is activated and i must take my ID doc with every time i want to use the card.
I phoned the call center and my card was blocked. they told me to fax /email my ID copy, Copy of the card and an affidavit stating what happened. Of which i did. RCS doesn't even bother to notify me whether they have received the doc's or not. With my airtime i called the call center, Spoke to Shaneen & he notified me that they have received the docs and the investigation will take 21 days and the person investigating the matter is Keya. Today i call the call center again, wanting to find out when the is this matter going to be resolved because they have already debited money from my account. an agent told me that Karen is investigating the matter and the investigation started on the 28/05/2013. when the did i fax those docs for you to take so long. Its no more Keya. I want my money back and take your card...
