First National Bank
No response from FNB regarding Smart Device

I am so disappointed in FNB - its 2 weeks later since i ordered a smart device - Ipad - no feedback. I have complained twice already, no feedback.
Not use to this service, it is shocking!
Also waiting for feedback from the Premier banker on why the deducted money for using the Slow lounge. Also complaint twice already.
