No one at absa is willing to help me!!!

I am an account holder at absa, I have a cheque, credit card and perconal loan with them! I need to put my loan repayments on hold for the next 6 months as I shall be going on maternity leave and my company does not pay us during this time! I called collections on 0861 2222 72 and they advised that the loan is not in arrears so I they cannot help me, I must contact a consultant at a branch. i spoke to Roshell at clearwater that said she cannot help, I must contact HQ on 011 350 4000. I called this number and the lady said she cannot help me, I must call 0860 100 372. Is this how much you value yuor clients??? This is really pathetic service. I want the relevant person/department to call me regarding my loan repayments that must be put on hold from end of this month for the next 6 months. If I have returned payments on my account, I am going to hold absa responsible! I cannot believe that I cannot get help becuase my loan is up to date and not in arrears! Usually, having accounts in arrears is a bad thing! I Very disappointed!
