I recently transferred most of my salary in to my credit card to pay the installment and utilise the card to pay my accounts and Virgin money decided to reduce my credit limit and take whatever money I have!!! I can now not pay my accounts or live for the rest of the month!!! If I had been notified that they were going to reduce my limit I would not have paid the money in to the account!! I am disgusted at the attitude of the call centre agents saying that they cannot help me as I do not pay my account!!! I pay my account every month and was R 160.00 overdrawn last month which I phoned the call centre and told them I would correct it at the end of the month!!!
