I used outsurance to insure a vehicle years ago and after the car was written off i sent an email to outsurance cancelling my insurance due to this reason. I then applied to by a new car 3 weeks ago for work and was told that i could not get finance as outsurance has listed me on the ITC! i have never received any communication from outsurance with regards to this and have now lost my job because i could not get a car! i am taking this matter further as i feel it is unfair that i am now unemployed because of their incompetence. I did query it with outsurance 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for someone to call me back. I am disgusted!!!
