SA Warranties Does Not Care!!!

I have recently had starting issues with my BMW 120i and was informed that it was a compression issue by the BMW specialist that I took the car to. They quoted me R20787.90 to repair the vehicle. I advised them to place a claim with my warranty purchased from SA Warranties. I was recently informed that SA warranties have approved an amount of R6250.00 yet I know my engine is covered for R12500.00.The excuse was that this was due to wear and tear. Now, the question arises, how could anyone avoid wear and tear on internal engine components besides the obvious timely servicing? which, ofcourse my vehicle has. Is SA Warranties now saying that with every service, the workshop should now check the pistons, tappets, valves and the block? SA Warranties in now redefining the meaning of vehicle service. I believe that there arent any SA Warranties consumers out there that extended their warranty after the initial 2year term as everyone of us now realise that this Company have taken us all for fools. They primarily exist on new fools signing up when purchasing new vehicles from dealers as the dealer may also be part of this. WEAR and TEAR? how are we ever to know whats happening inside the engine?
