My Maids daughter has a life policy with 1life direct and she died. They are making her mother get info from the medical aid then telling her it is the wrong information. They have messed her around since the begining of her daughters death. Pushing her from pillar to post. They are trying to get out of paying, Bye asking for info on the daughter and preexisting conditions of wich she had none she only ever used her medical aid on her son. She had not been to a hospital or doctor before her death. Now 1life direct are trying to frustrate my domestic into giving up. Byer be aware 1life direct are happy to take your money, but heaven forbid you need to claim.
