Real People refuse to conduct investigation

I have recently lost my ID and one of the accounts opened was a loan with Real People.

I submitted all required info for an investigation and it's been over 2 weeks with no response from Real People. I follow up each day with emails and phone calls but i am not helped by anyone.

The fact that i did NOT open an account with these people is frustrating and their lack of willingness to remove from the ITC is an additional headache
