I have ordered a product via the eBucks website and it was delivered to me but the colour was not the colour that I chose. I phoned the eBucks call centre to inform them about the mistake and they said someone will call me in order to assist me. a Guy called me back and his whole argument was that I definately ordered the colour that was delivered to me. Its a baby product and the delivered colour is blue. we have a girl so I will NOT order a blue one if my baby is female. I ordered a pink one and all the call centre agent was carrying on and on is that I made the mistake by ordering the blue one. I just want eBucks to get the PINK one to me!!! If eBucks want to argue and fight with their customers them I will gladly move my account to another bank who will treat me with respect!!
