FNB has double charged me on both Monthly Account Fee and Monthly O/D fee even though I have requested several times I want all my bank charges to taken on the 25th of each month as it make life easy for me. Now my account is on minus as I have been charged twice on the 25th and again on the 31st.

I am doing my best on my side to keep my account healthy but FNB has failed in this regards since my credit score is affected thanks to their own fault. what is so difficult by making my bank charges to be on the 25th of each month?

I have been decline an overdraft increase on my platinum account thank to you double charging me on my account, now who is to be blamed? Guess what me because of your own fault.

can I ask the bank charges for the 31st be reversed with immediate effect and my overdraft increase be re-considered.
