BLUE BEAN STANDARD BANK ME WHOLESALE

I have not received a single rebate since getting this card that was promised in vouchers. I get charged R46 every time I do an account payment. To top it all, I don't receive statements for the past 3 months and today I get a call to say I am R12154, 59 overdue. I promise to pay but insist I get emailed a statement as I have not seen my statement for a few months. The consultant mentioned that he was aware of the mail problem and that's why he was following up. He promised to email the statement immediately but still nothing 12 hours later. I have had enough of the ROBBER BLUEBEAN CARD.I went online and paid the full R12 145, 59 that the consultant stated was outstanding. I now discover that I was charged R175 interest for the banks inability to deliver my statement. I am now furious and want this interest refunded but also want the ROBBER BLUEBEAN account closed immediately. I had enough of Standard Bank me and want my refund now! Very unhappy customer.
